Thursday was another good day at school. I made a lot of phone calls my plastic cell phone and I’ve totally mastered the climber and the stairs. I only got about an hour and forty-five minutes of nap-time today; I definitely like getting more sleep on days at home!
Friday was crazy. It started out pretty normally. I woke up with Dad and Nana came over. We went to the park, read, and did all the usual things. After Nana left, Dad and I hopped in the car and fought all kinds of crazy traffic to go to the Brookfield Zoo! Mom’s work rented out the zoo (!) and we basically could do whatever we wanted for free.
I’ve been to the Lincoln Park Zoo a couple times, but this was so much cooler.See for yourself:

Dear Miss Margaret –
It makes your grandma so happy that you loved all of the animals at the zoo. I enjoyed seeing the videos of you petting them and talking to them. Keep up the good work!
I also liked the video of you and Pa-Pa Yagan building the tower with Legos. Both of you were having fun!
Can’t wait to see you in Kentucky, at Aunt Sarah’s new house, this weekend!
Many thanks to your dad for all of the new updates and pictures.
Love you lots –
Grandma
